for the expense af any litigation to prosecute or defend the rights
and liena created by this mortgaqe, includi~g reasonable attorneys'
fees, sh$11 be paid by the Mortgaqor, (to the extent not recoverable
by the Mortgaqee in ~aid suit or proceedinq) together with interest
thereon at the rate of eiqht per cent (8$) per annum, and any such
sum and interest thereon shall be a lien on the mortgaged property.

5) Each right, power and remedy herein conferred upon the -
Mortgagee~ is cumulative of every other right or remedy of the Mort-
gagee, whether herein or by law conferred, and may be enforced con-
currently therewith; no waiver by the Mortgagee of performance of any
covenant herein or in said Note contained shall thereafter in any
manner affect the right of the Mortgaqee to require or to enforce per-
formance of the same or any other of said covenants; wherever the con-
text hereof requires, the masculine gender, ~s used herein, shall in-
clude the feminine; and the plural number, as used herein, shall in-
clude the singular; all rights and obligations under this mortgage
shall extend to and be binding upon the respective successors and
assiqns of the Mortgagor and the successors and assigns of the Mort-
gagee; and the powers herein mentioned may be exercised as often as _

~ 6) Mortgagor waives, to the extent permitted by.law, the

j benefits of exemption, stay and moratorium, if any, contained in the
~ laws of the State of Florida, whether now in force or which hereafter
~ become law.

~ 7) The unenforceability or invalidity of any one or more
provisions, clauses, sentences or paragraphs hereof shall not render
~ any other provisions, clauses, sentences or paragraphs herein con-

; tained unenforceable or invalid.

~ 8) Mortgagor will execute and deliver to Mortgagee such
~ other documents, if any, as from time to time may be required by_Mort-
~ gagee to make legally effective and binding the lien contemplated by -

~ this mortgage as a lien ori the mortgaged property herein described as
~ security for the payment of the Note hereinabove described.
