(d) Ttie next releases will also be i~ 20-acre increments and will beqin in Block #15, directly opposite the first 20 acrea fn the North parcel to be released. (e) The next release of 20 acres will be contiquous with the 20 acres in Block #15 and-will be to the West along Hiqhway ~70 into Block #19. ~ (f) Other releases will be made in a pattern of contiquous parcels movinq from Block #19 to #20 and then to #16, to # lT, to ~21, to #22, to #18. . (g) After Block # 18 is released, rele~ses will begin in Block # 12, ~ then to #9, to #10, to ~13, to #14, to ~11. (h) After Block # 11 is released, then~ tract #2, known as the Header Canal Gsove will be released in 20-acre or more increments starting in Block #B1A, then to Blxk #B2A, to Block # 4, to #3, to #5, to #6, to ~8, to #7. ~ 2. Mortgaqor agrees that the encumber~d property will at all times o - be properly maintained as a producing citrus grove as prescribed in paragraph 5 of the said real estate Mortgage, and that no portion thereof will be used for any other purpose until properly released ~from the terms of the mortqage as herein provided. Further, Mortqaqor agrees that a21 necessary steps will be.taken to ensure that develop- ment of the release tracts will not injure in any manner the citrus trees or citrus crop on the remaining unreleased property. D.
