RE: Mortgage Deed made by Sargeant Citrus produ~ts, Inc.,
a Florida corporation, as Mortgagor, and Frances Kerr
Lowe, a married w~oman, as Mortgagee,~dated February 21,
~ 1966, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in
Official Record Book 139, Page 208.
iiHEREAS, Mortgagor, SARiGEANT CITRUS PRODUCI'S, INC., has _
request Mortgagee, FRANCES KERR LOWE, to agree to release portions
of the~encumbered real property upon fulfillment of the terms and
conditions hereinbelaw set forth; and _
~THEREAS, Mortg~gee, FRANCES RERR LO~WE, has agreed to-the

release, from time to time, of portions of the encumbered real
property, as set forth~below; and
~ iiHERFAS, Mortgagee and Mortgagor have agreed to modif y.
the mortgage in one or more particulars to incorporate said~release
prnvis ions ;
I~i~i THEREFORE, for good and valuable consi~leration, Mort-
_ gagor and Hortgagee hereby agree as follows:
1. The above-described Mortgage is ~ended by adding a
new paragraph [o be known as paragraph 13, which will read as fol- ~

"13. Upon payment of One T~wusand Five -Hemdred Dollara
($1,500) per acre for the real property described in sub-paragraphs
(a) and (c) 6elo~ aad Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.) per acre for
the resl propertq descrfbed in sub-paragraphs (d) through (g) below,
to be applied to the final principal payments due on the Frances.

the real property encumbered by this Mortgage, said releases to be
evidenced by instr~ents to be Irnawn as 'partial satisfaction of
