the North of and contiguous with the fifth 20-acre tract and will
also be in the 140-acre parcel North of Highway ~ 70.
(g) The seventh 20-acre tract to be released will be i~ediately to
the Norttt of and conriguous with the ~ixth 20-acre tract and will
also be in the 240-acre parcel North of Highway # 70.
Mortgagor agrees that no other property encumbered by said
real estate Mortgage may be released pursuant to this agreement and
