1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CAHPORATION, its suooessors or assigns, shall notify
the undersigned in writi~g at the address indioated below tor at such other address as may be desig-
nated by ihe undersiqned from time to time) ihat the said premises cue not in a rea.sonable state of
appccu~ve cmd repavr consistent with the general appecQCmoe amd state of repair of other properties
within ihe immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repcrirs, mcrintenance, ~
etc., set forih in a~d notioe within 15 days adter receipt of samne. .
2. If the undersigned shall fcril or refuse to accomplish the required repcrirs or maintencmce,
etc., within the p~escsibed time, GENERAL- DEVELOPMENT CORPORA'fION, its succ~eessors or assigns,
acting by m1d ttu~ough its duly aufhorized agents may come upon'the premises for the purpose of doing
the necess~y work. Provided, however, that such work shall be limited to lawn ~d y~d mainien~ce
to prevent cm overgrown or un~empt appecn~ce, and to pmnting cuid minor repairs to the exterior ot
the building or buildings, situated on the premises in order to prevent ~ unsighdy or unsale condition.
3_ As to cmy costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its sno- ;
cessors or assigns, in bringing about cmd accomplishing the work refened to in the notioe, the under- ~
signed agrees to muke payment thereof within 10 dQyrs atter demand. Provided, however, thad demcmd ~
!or payment shall not exceed actuctl oosts or expenses incurred. ' ~
4. In ihe event that the undersigned shall fanl or refuse to make puyment of the actual oosts or
; expenses incurred, then, ~d in that event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
i cessors or assigns, muy undertake collection of the sum which the undersigned is obligated to pay
hereunder, together with all cosffi ot colleclion including a reccsa~nable attomey's tee. GENERAL
