I, FERDINAND COCHU, do hereby certify that I am the widawer
of ELSIE COCHU, who is also known as Elsie M. Cochu, and that my cieceased
wife, ELSIE COCHU, and I were the Grantees in Deed, dated November 13, 1958,
executed by Lake Indrio Carporation, a Florida carporation, to Ferdinand Cochu .
and Elsie Cochu, his wife, and recorded on january 20, 1959, in Book 244, page
542, public records of St, Lucie County, Florida, covering the following de-
scribed property lying and being in St. Lucie Caurty, Florida, to-wit:
I..ot 11, Block 92, Unit No. 8, Lakewood Park, St, Lucie .
Cowity, Florida, as per P2at on file in Plat Book 11, Page 19,
of the Public records of St. Lucie County, Flarida.
I FURTHER CERTIFY that on the date o~ the execution of said Deed
that EISIE M. COCHU was my wife and that we were never since divorced, and
remained husband and wife urnil the date of the death of Elsie M. Cochu, who died
on the 12th day of june, A. D. 1970, at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County~ Florida.
Attached to and made a part of this Affidavit are Preliminary Notioe and
Report and Non-Taxable Certificate. .
