HomeMy WebLinkAbout2623 This fnstrument prapa red by ~ Henry T. 091e. 107 M~1n Street Knoxville, Tennessee ~ ~ 1~~1g2 SERVICE A1~ EASEMENT AGREEMENT This Agreement made this~y_da~y of a~au~t , 1969, between Holiday Out in America a~t Indian River, Inc., a Florida corporation ; (herein "Holida~y Out'), and Southeastern Propane Gas CompaRy, also a Florida corporation, d/b/a Indian River Gas Company (herein "Southeastern"), their successors and assigns, wherever the context so requires or admits: WITNESSETH Whereas, Holiday Out is the owner of certain land, lying situated and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described.as follows: Comnence at the Southeast Corner of said Section 11; thence North 89 deg. 55' 14" East 774.41 feet to the centerline of State Road A-1-A; thence North 23 deg. 49' 31" West 1549.41 feet along said centerline of_State Road A-1-A; thence South 89 deg. 56' 22" West 2147.17 feet, more or less, along a line 100 feet North of and parallel to the South line of said . ( - mately 140 mobile home sites on the aforedescribed property; and Whereas, Southeastern is comrercially engaged in furnishing lique- ~ fied petroleum gas for domestic and commercia] uses, and desires to furnish ~ g gas to the occupants of the aforesaid mobile home ~ its services includin ~ . ~ park; and ~ Whereas, Holiday Out is willing to assign to the said Southeastern ~ an easement on condition to install and maintain gas lines and the necessary f ~ ~ ~ appurtenances thereto for such pnrposes, and, otherwise, subject to certain ~ ~ terms and condttions as hereinafter set forth: ~ ~ ~ Now, thereforE, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten .(10j.
