l. The parties hereto agreed that all of the above recitals are
true.
2. That li~liday Out for itself, its successors and assigns, does
herewith assign and set over to Southeastern, its successors and assigns, for
the time li~ait hereinafter set forth, the exclusive right and easement to
install and constantly maintain the complete gas systeaa to be located through
and under (but not upon or across) the aforeme~tioned real propertys

3. Southeastern agrees to comply with all applicable State and
County regulatioos and all safety regulations required of it by all appro-
` priate governing authority. .
4. Southeastern agrees to install underground LP-gas storage tanks
of sufficie~t capacity to provide continuous and uninterrupted service to-the
aforemeptioned m~bile home sites and further agrees to install underground

~ gas lines, piped individually to each nabile home site constructed on the
~ aforementioned property and to connect by meter to the gas source.~

~ 5. (a) 8outheastern agzees to deliver LP-gas to a lfquid bottle
~ filling station that l~bliday Out wil; provide and install, and further
Southeastern agrees to assist and cooperate with Holiday Out in the instal=
lation of this unit.
(b) Southeastern further agrees to install one 1~000 gallon
underground LP gas tank to serve the laundry, pipe to laundry building and
vent owner's water.heater at no charge to owner. The rat~ for gas on the
bottle filling and laundry i~stallation will be fourteen cents (.14) per
a
~ gallon initially, and thereafter at or below prevailing market prices.
~ All of the foregoing installations shall be at the expense

of Southeastern, shall be done with their employees oi a qualified ~
licensed contractor engaged by Southeastern (covered by their workaen's
compensation insurance) in a workmanlike and expeditious manner in such a way
