patrons and tenants. Further, Southeastern agrees that after it has
i~stalled the appurtenances herein described, it will restore the premises ~
of Holida~y Out-to substantially the same condltion as they were prior to
the comnencement of installation. Thereafter, all work done in ~he main-
tenance of lines will be sub3ect to the same qualification of r~storation.

6. It is understood and agreed by and between the parties hereto - '
that a Ten (10) Dollar meter deposit and a Five (5) Dollar "turn on" and ~
connect charge will be placed with and paid to Southeastern by the said
mobile home users upon request for service.and Southeastern will charge and
will be paid ~(by its customers) a minimum pa~yment of Three (3) Dollars per
month or any part of a month, per mobile home site when gas service lines
are pro~ided. Services will be metered and excess over minimum will be
charged to such customers at pos~ed market prices. ~revailing in the comm~nity.
7. Throughout the term of this agreement, Southeastern -shall be.
the sole supplier of gas and liquified petroleum products to the exclusion

of all competitors herefor if its services are adequate to the park but
~ should it fail to supply continuous and uninterrupted service, five (5) days
after written notice of such uncorrected failure, without cost o~ damage to ,
Ii it, Holida~y Out m~y expel Southeastern from the park and contract with others

~ to supply the services herein described.

i 8. It is further understood and agreed by the parties hereto that

~ all underground piping and equipment installed by Southeastern upon the real
property described hereinabove shall r~main the sole property of Southeastern.
9. It is agreed by both parties that in the event~Holiday Out -
desires to cancel this agreement at a future date, Holida~y Out m~y-do so after
five (5) full years of service by Southeastern by paying Southeastern the su~ ~
of Thirty Thousand, One Hundred Fifty [~llars (;30,150.00); this sum to be
~
reduced by ten (10) percent for each full year of service under this agreement,

~ including the first five years. Should Holida~y Out exercise this option, the
~
title to all equipment installed by Southeastern except the gas meters will
pass to Holiday Out. .
