N. Unit Owner, or Owner of a Unit, or Parcel Owner, means ~

O. Developer means Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., a ~ ~
Tennessee corporation, domesticated and authorized to do busi- f
ness in the State of Florida, its assigns or successors. ~
_P. Institutional Mortgaqee means a bank, savings and loan
association, insurance company, or union pension fund, authorized
to do business in the State of Florida, or an aqency of the
United~Stafies Government~ . -
Q. Lonq Teria Lease means any lease between ~eveloper and
the Association demisinq premises desaribed therein to the Asso-
ciation upon such terms and conditions as agreed-upon by the
parties thereto. _
R. Occupant means the person or persoas, other than the
Uni,t Owner, in possession of a unit.
S.. Condominium Documents means this Declaration, the ny-
Laws and all Exhibits annexed hereto as the same fram time to
time may be amended. ~ ' _
T. Unless the context otherwise requires, all other terms
used in this Declaration shall be assumed to have the meaninq
attributed to said term by Section 3 of the Condominium Act. .

Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part of this Declaration.
No unit bears the eame identiEyinq number as does any other unit. ;
The aforesaid identifying number as to the ur~it is also the iden- ~
tffying number as to the parcel. The said Exhibit "8" also contains
a Su~vey of the land, a plot plan and, toqether with thia Declara-
