NOT SXCLUDED within such classif ication shall be folding tents not mounted on wheels. No _ permanent or semi-permanent structure may be erected on any camp- ~ site in the eubdivision nor may any trailer wh~ch is designed ae permanent living quartera be located or placed on any campsite, it being the declared intent of the Developer to exclude mobile hames from use on the campsites and to_create and maintain an area designated for the maximuia beauty and benef it of campers. PROVIDSD, further, that•tables, benches, f ireplaces and grills, . may be erected, but no personal property except as provided immed- iately above, shall be permitted to remain where it can be seen by other campers or visitors to the area, except when the campsite is actually in use; provided, further, however, tha~ the foregoing ~ shall not.apply to the priricipal camping facility which may be allowed-to remain on the campsite even though not in use. No camp- ing facility shall be placed on a unit for more thari five days without the said facility having been approved, by a duly authorised . representative of the Association, as having met the above require- ments as to condition and type of facility, and said facility shall thereafter be inspected and approved annually as to condition. T'he foregoing shall be-deemed to prohibit the construction and maintenance of fences and radio and TV antennas on the campsites. _ ONLY ON~ (1) principal camping facility may be Yocated or maintained on each campsite. 2. No animals or fowl shall l~e kept or maintained an the ~ campsites except customary household pets, and then only on a leash. No signa of any kind shall be.displayed on any campsite without the written consent of the Association; or its assigns or successor. ~ 3. An easezaent ten (10) feet ~n width is reservec3 along each of the lot linea of each campsite in the subdivision for the iri- stallation and maintenance of utility services, and it is understood that such ease~nent may be usec7 by the~Developer and/or its assigns for such installation and maintenance, as the case might be. - ~ . ? ~ 4. No outside toilets shall be installed or allow~ed on any campsite. Developer has or will install suitable and adequate sanitary facilities as provided by the Laws of the State of Florida, - and each user of such facilities agrees to pr`otect the same and prevent loss or damage to occur thereto. ; ~ ~ 5. No nuisarice shall be allowed upon the conamir~ium property ' nor any use or practice which is the source of annoyance to residents, f or which interferes with the peaceful possession and proper use of the ~ property by its residents. All parts of the property shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition, and no rubbish, refuse or garbage ahall ~ 'be allowed to acc~nulate, or any fire hazard allowed to exist. 6.
