Section l. The affairs of the Corporation shall be mar?aqad-
a~d qoverned by a Board of Directors composed of not less tha~c~
three ~3) nor more than the number specified by the By-I.aws, and
in the exact number of persons as specified in said By-I.aws. ~
The Directors, subsequent to the~first Board of Directors, shall i

~ be elected at the annual meetinq of the m~embership, for a term

shall qualify; except, h~ever, the Directors elected at the ~
'~first corporate m~eeting shall be elected for the terms pre-
scribed in the By-Laws. Provisions for such electior?, amd
F provisions respectinq the reAwval, disqualification and
resiqnation of Directors, au~d for fillinq vacancies o~n the
Directorate, shall be established by the By-Laws. . .
