roasonablo amount to its members, diroctors and officora, for
services readored, may confer benefits upon its membera in
conformity with its purposes, a~r~d upon dissolution or final
liquidation, may make distribution to its ~embers as is per-
mitted by the Court havin,g jurisdiction thereof, and no such ~
payment, beu~efit or dis~tribution shall be deemed to be a
dividend or distr~bution of income.
:his Corporation shall issue no shares of stock of any
~ kind or nature whatsoever. Membership in this Corporation ~
and the transfer thereof, as well as the number of inembers,
shall be ugon such terms and conditions as provided for in
the Declaration of Condominiwm ar~d By-Laws. The voting
rights of the owners of parcels in said condominium property
shall be as set forth in the Declaration of -Condomi.niu~c? and/
or By-Laws. -
