set by the Board of~Directors to cover the cost of contacting
the references qiven by the applicant, and such other costs of
investiqation that max be incurred by the Board of Directors. _
Section 3. Voting .
(a) The owner(s) of each condominium unit shall be enti- -
.tled to one vote for each condominium unit owned, If a condo- ~
mini~n unit owner owns more than orie ur~it he shall be entitled -

(b) A majority of the wc~it owners' total votes shall decide
any question unless the By-7,aws or Declaration of Condominium
provides otherwiae, in which event the voting~percentaqe re- -
quired in the By-Laws or the Declaration of Condominium shall
control.
Section 4. Quorum. Unless otherwise provided in these

By-Laws the presence in person or by proxy of a majority of the
w~it owners' total votes ahall constitute a quorum. The.term ~
