Section 5. Proxies. Votea ma?y be cast in per~on or by
proxy. All proxiea ~hall be in writinq and aigned by the peraon
entitled to vote (as sat forth below in Sectfon 6), and ehall ba
filed with the Secretary prior to the n~aetinq in which they are
to be used, and $hall be valid only for the particular meetinq ~
desiqnated therein. Where a unit is owned 'jointly by a husband
and wife, au~d if they have not designated one of them~ as a Yotinq
Memt~er, a proxy must be aiqned by both busband and wife where a
third person-ia designated. ,
Section 6. Designation of Voting Member. If a condomi.nium
unit is owned by_ one pereoa, his right to vote shall be eatab-
liahed by the recorded title to the ur~it. If a condominium unit ~
is owned by more than one person, the person entitled~to cast
the vote for the unit shall be designated in a Certificate siyt~ed
by all of the recorded owners of the unit and filed with the
Secretary of the Association. If a condominfum unit is owned - -
by a Corporation, the afficer or employee thereof entitled to
cast the vote of the unit for the Corporation shall be desiq-
nated in a Certificate for this purpose, signed by the President
or Vice President and attested to by the Secretary or Assistaat
Secretary of the Corporation, and filed with the Secretary of
the Association.' The person desiqnated in these Certificatea
who is entitled to caet the vote for,a unit shall be known as
the "Voting Member°. If such a certificate is not oa file with

the Secretary of the Association for a unit owned by more tha~n '
one person or by a Corporation, the vote of the unit concerned ~ !

qnorum, or for a~ny purpose requiring the approval of a person ~

entitled to cast the vote for the unit, except if said unit is "
owned by a husband and wife. Su~h Certificates shall be valid
until revoked, or untfl superseded by a subsequent Certificate,
or uatil a char~ge in the ownership of the unit concerned. If a.
