Section 8. Proviso Provided, howaver, that until the
Developer ot the Condominium has completed and sold all of.the ~

ing of inembera of the Association unless there is a meetinq called
by the Board of Directors of the Aasociation.
Section 9. Approval or Disapproval of a unit owner upon
any matter, whether or not the subject of an Association meetinq,
shall be by the "Voting Member"; provided, however, where a unit
is owned jointly by a husband and wife and they have not desiq-
_ nated one of them as a Voting Member, their joint approval or
disapproval shall be required where they are both present, or in
the event only-ene is~present, the person present may cast the
vote without establishing ~the concurrence of the absent person.
~ARTICLE III. DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors shall consist of three members durinq -
the first corporation year and nine members thereafter. At the
first corporate meetinq all nine directors ahall be elected,
three for terms of one year; three for two year tern~s; and three
for three year terms. Thereafter, at each arinual meetinq the
directorships of those whose terms have expired shall be elected
from the votir?q members far a period of three years; it bei~g

the intent that there ahall be three directors elected at each

ber of the Board of Directors, other than the initial board, shall ~E
be either the owner of a condominium unit or an owner of a interest
