Bhip ceasea to be an officer of said Corparation, then the dirsc-
torship shall inaiaediately and autoiaatically terminate. No member
ahall continue to serve on the Board should he be more than 30
days de2inquent ir~ the paymeat of an assessment and said delin-
quency shall automatically-constitute a resiqnation effective
when such resiqnation is accepted by the Board of Directors.
Section 5. Reqular Meetings Tt~e Board of Directors may
establish a achedule of regular meetinqs to be had at such time -
and place as the Board of Directors may desiqnate. Notice of such
reqular meetinqs shall nevertheless be qiveri to each Director-per-
sonally or by mail, telephoae, or teleqraph, at least five (5)
days prior to the day named for such meetinq.
Section 6. Special Meetings Special meetings of the Dir-
ectors may be called by the President a»d must be called by tt~e
Secretary at the written request of one-third of the votes of~the
8oard. Not less~.than five days' notice of the meeting shall he
qiven personally or by mail, telephone or telegraph, which notice
shall state the time, place and purpose of the meetinq.
Sectfon 7. Directora• Waiver of Notice Before or at any
meetinq of the Board of Directors, any Director may waive notice

of such meetinq and such waiver shall be deemed equivalent to ~
the qivinq of notice. Attendance by.a Director at any meetinq ;
of the Board ahall be a waiver of notice by him of the time and
place thereof. If all the Directors are present at any meetinq
of the Board, no notice shall be required and any business may

Section 8. Quorum At all weetings of the 8oard of Directors
a majority of the Directors shall constitute a quorwn for the 3
transaction of business, aac~d the acts of the majority of the
Directors preser~t at ~uch meetinqs at which a quorum is pre8er~t j
