(f) Designate one or more com~nittees, which to the extent
provided in the resolution desiqnatinq such committee ahall have
the powers of the Board_of Directors in the manaqement of the
business and affairs of the Corporation. Such comcafttee to consist
of at least three (3) members of the Corporatfon, one of whom shall
be a Director. The con~nittee or com~aittees shall have auch name or
names as may be determined from time to time by the Board of Direc-
tors and said com¢aittee shall keep reqular minutes of their pro- ~
ceedings and report the same to the Hoard of Directors as required.;
(g) Ta-use and disburse the proceeds of assessments in the•
exercise of its powers and duties. .
(h) The maintenance, repair, replacement and operation of
the condominium property.
~i) The reconstruction of fmprovem~ents after casualty and
the further improvement of the property.
~ (j) To enforce by leqal mear~s the provisions of the condo-
miaium documents, the Articles of Incorporation, the By-Laws of
the Association, and the requlations for the use of the property
in the condominium. .
(k) ~o pay taxes and assessments which are liens against
any part of the condominium other tha~n individual units and t~.he
appurtenancea thereto, and to assess the same aqainst the units
aubject to such liens. ,
