( 3) I f the amencUaent has not been approved by the - unaniu?ous ~ + vote of the Soard of Directors, then the amendment shall be ap- t ~ ~ proved by the affinr?ative vote of the votinq membere castinq not ~ less than three-fourths (3/4ths) of the total votes of the unit ~ owners; and, ~ . ~ (4) Said amendment shall be recorded and certified as re- quired by the Coadominium Act. Notwithstandinq anythinq above to the contrary, until one of the events in Article II-A, Section 8 of the 8y-Laws ocaurs,, these By-Laws-may not be amended without ~l a prior resolutfoA requesting said amendment from the Bonrd of Directors. ARTSCLE X. NOTICES Whatever notices are required to be sent hereunder sh.all be delivered or sent in accordance with the applicable ~rovisions for Aotices, as aet forth in the Daclaration ot Condominiwa to ~ ~ which these 8y-Laws are attached. ~ ~ ARTICLE XI.
