All lots, parcels or units which are desiqnated on plat recorded in Plat Book 18, p~~ 1-1J, lYle ~I~7S3a, St. Lnaie Cwmty Pablia records ~ as recreational vehicle sites shall be reserved and restricted for RECREATIONAL ~1~SIT~S FOR CAMPING TRAIL~RS, in- cludinq within such category, tent type foldinq~trailers,.pickup ~ campers, modern travel trailers and other similar types of campinq - trailers and equipment that are mobile, hereinafter referred to as "principal carryinq facility". NOT EXCLUDED within such classi- - fication shall be foldinq tents not mounted on wheels. No permanent or semi-permanent structure may be erected on any campsite in the subdivision nor may any trailer which is designed as permanent~ living quarters be located or~placed on any campsite, it being - the declared intent of the Developer to.exclude mobile homes from use on the campsites and to create and~maintaih an area designated ; ,for the maximum beauty and benefit of campers. PROVIDED, further, E ~ ~ that tables, benches, fireplaces and grills may be erected, but no personal property except as provided inanediately_above shall be permitted to remain where it can be seen by other campers or visi- ~ tors to the area, except when the campsite is actually in use; provided, further, however, that the foregoing shall not apply to the principal camping facility which may be allowed to remain _ on the campsite even though not in use. No campiug facility shall ~ be placed on a unit for more than five days without the said facil- ity having been approved, by a duly authorized representative of - the Association, as having met the above requirements as to condi- tion and type~of facility, and said facility shall thereafter be inspected and approved annually~as to condition.
