No signs of any kind shall be displayed on any aite without the
written consent of the Association, or its assigne or successore. •
3. An easetnent ten (10) feet ia~ width is reserved alonq
each of the lot lines of each site for the installation and main- ~
tenance oE utility services, and it is understood that such ease-
ment may be used by the aubdivider and/or its assigna for such'
installatipn and maintenance, as the case might be. ~ '
4. No outBide toilets ehall be installed or allowed on any
campsite. Developer has or will i.nstall suitable and adequate
sanitary facilitiea as provided by the Lawa of~the State of ~
Florida, ana each user of.such facilities agrees to protect the
same and prevent losa or c3amage to occur thereto. ~
5. No nuisance ~hall be allowed upon the eondominium
property nor any use or practice which~is the source of annoy-
ance to residents, or which interferes with the peaceful posaes- .`.j

eion and proper use of the property by its residents. All parts

of the property ahall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition,
