The Condominiwa Aasociation fonaed realizes that the proportionate share of the actual coat of operatinq and main- i . taining all comaaon use property and facilities of the owners of ~ ~ the recreational vehicle campsites and mobile homesites will vary; therefore, the Condominium Association shall classify the - ( recreational vehicle campsites into one cateqory and the mobile ~ + ~ ho~aesites into a second-cateqory and shall levy and collect a reaeonable monthly assessment aqainst the owners of each category sufficient sums to cover the owners' proportionate share of the ~ actual_cost of operatinq and maintaininq all common use property ~ and f~cilities, providinq water, electricity and qarbaqe dis- - posal service, sewage~service, qeneral maintenance and carryinq_ out-of its duties hereunder as "manaqement". Likewise the Assoc- 1 iation.shall include in the assessment so made the sum adequate ~ to pay all real property taxes on the condominium parcel as well as the co~aaon elementa. These restrictions shall be considered as covenants run- ~ ninq with the land, and shall bind the purchasers of all sites shown on the subdivieion plat or plats hereinbefore referred to, ~ recorded or to be recorded, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assiqns, and if said owners or any of them, their heirs, exe- cutors, successors or assiqns, shall violate or attempt to violate , any of the covenants or restrictions herein contained, it shall be ~ - ~-i lawful for any person or persons owninq any such sites in th~e - subdivision in which said site is situated to prosecute any pro- ; ceedinq at law or iu equity aqainst the person or persons violating ; or attemptinq to violate-any such covenant or restriction and either to prevent him or them from so doinq or to rec~•~er damages for such violation includinq costs of the suit and a reasonable attorneys fee.
