9. The unit ov~mer ehall not peraiit or auffer anything to
be done or kept in hia unit which will increase~the rate of ineur-
ance on the condaainium property, or which will obetruct or inter-
fere with the right of other unit owners, or annoy them by unrea-
sonable noises, or otherwise; nor ahall the unit owner commit or .
permit any nuisance, immoral or illegal act in or about the condo-~
minium property.
10. No person shall use the comanon.elements or any part ~
thereof, or a condaninium unit or the condvominium property or any
part thereof, in any manner cantrary to or not in accordance with
such rules and regulationa pertaining thereto, as from time to
time may be pramulgated by the Association.
11. These initial~Rules-and Regulations are captioned "Rules .
and Regulations" and are as set forth herein in the By-Laws of the -
Aasociation. These Rules and Regulations shall be deemed effective

! until ataended, as provided in the By-Laws.

Section 4. Conflict In the event of any conflict between
. the rules and regulations contai.ned herein, or fran time to time

minium Act, t~e latter shall prevail. Where required by the Condo-

minium Act, any amendment to the rules and regulations herein shall ~
be recorded in the Off icial Records of the County in which this con-

Section 5. Riqhts of Developer Notwithstandi~c~g anything to

the contrary set forth in the By-Laws, no ainenchaents to all or
any part of thie Article XVI shall be permitted without the written
