of the various facilitiee included in the operation of the entire
condominium includinq, without limitation, the recreational facil-
ities, or (2) restrict the various caamercial activitiea of the
Developer in connecti~on with the entire condominium including, i
without limitation, the operation of a store or stores, laundry
facilities, marina and other service type operations, and the ,
sale and/or rental of condominiwa.units.
If any irreconcilable conflict should exist, or hereafter
arise, with respect.to the interpretation of these By-Laws and
the Declaration, the provisions of the Declaration shall prevail.
