formerly a partner of Anqus Sumner, who first by me being duly sworn,
says that: he witnessed the deed signed by S. E. Sumner which is
recorded in O. R. Book 164 at page 1052, and knows of his own personal
knowledge that said S. E. Sumner is the same person as Sarah Elizabeth .
Sumner who was the wife of Angus Sumner and the grantee in the deed
recorded in Deed Book 60 at page 476, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. ~
