TOGETHER witb all right, title and interest of the Mortgagor in and to

described land (all the above~described land, buildiDge, other structuree,
fixtures, article9 of personal property, awarda and otber righte a~d in-
tereats being hereinafter collectively called the "mortgaged property").
TO AAVE AND TO~HOLD the mortgaged property and every part tbereof unto
the Mortgagee, its aucc~ssora and assigne forever for tbe purpoees and ueee
herein set-forth.
AND tbe Mortgagor further covenanta and sgrees with the Mortgagee, as
follows:
1. The Mortgagor will promptly paq the principal of and intere9t on
the indebtedne9a evidenced by tbe Note, and all otber cbargee and indebted-
ness provided therei~ sAd in this Mortgage, at tbe timea and ip tbe manner .

provide8 in the Note end in thia Mortgage.
2. Tbe Mortgagor will pay when due,~as hereinafter provided, all
ground rents, if any, and all taxes, aseeasmente, water ratee and otber -
g~vernmental cbarges, fines and impoaitiona, of~every kind and nature
~ whateoever, now or hereafter imposed on the mortgaged property, or any part
~ thereof, and will pay when due every amount o_f .indebtedneea eecured by any

3. This Mortgage and the Note were egecuted and delivered to aecure
