M4RTCACE EXT~NSION AGREE E T
; _ THIS AGREEMENT made the 1= day of _ 19?0, by
and between FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, a national banking ~
corp oratian with place of business at Fort Pierce, Florida, as mortgagee,
and CLINT DAVIS COMPANY, a Florida corporation with place of buaiaess
at Fort~Pierce, Florida, as mortgagor; WITNESSETH THAT,
WHEREAS mortgagee ia the owner ar~d holder of a certain promissory ~
note in the original amount of a 180, 000. 00, bearing interest at the rate of ~
6. 25ayc per annum unti~ paid, executed by mortgagor, and secured by a mort- _
' gage of certain real property. in St. Lucie County, Florida, dated the 30th
day of January, 1968, and recorded in Official Record Book 1?0, at page 874
of the pub2ic records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and is further secured
by Security Agreements dated January 30, 1968 and supplemente thereto .
dated August 10, 1968, October 22, 1968, April 1, 1969 and August 4, 1969
with appropriate financing statements filed with the Secretary of the State of .
Florida and with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, .
Florida, which Security Agreements comprehend a first lien on the personal
property~ of the mortgagor, the same being more particu~arly aet forth and _
described in said Security Agreements and aupplements thereto; and ~
WHEREAS Mortgagor made payments of principal and intereet as

~ required by said promissory note up to and including the installment of principal
due February 1, 19?0, and interest to July 31, 19?4; and that there remains
due and owing by mortgagor to mortgagee the principal sum of $144, 000. 00
with interest from the 2ast ment~ioned date. ~
NOW, TAEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of ~1.00, each to the
other in hand paid, the receipt whereof ie hereby respectively ~cknowledged
