plaint and answer thereto, and the Court having heard the testimor~y of the
plaintiff and her witness and being otherwiee fully advis~Cl in the premises, `
it is, upon consideration, ~ ~ .
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND.DECREED a8 followe: -
1, That the Court has juriediction of the 8ubject matter of and the
parties to this cause.
I 2. That the equities are with the plaintiff who haa proved the material

allegations of her complaint by competent testimony. . _ _
3. That the plaintiff, CHRISTINA L~JPINACQ, be and she hereby ia ~
granted a divorce from the defendant, LOUIS J. LUPINACQ, a vinculo
matrimonii, and the marriage heretofore existing between the partiea ia _ ~

4. That the document entitled "Property Settlement Agreemert"
between the parties dated June ~ 16, 1966, admitted~ into evidence as Plain+~''
tiff's Exhibit I is found to be fair and equitable, the same is hereby ratified, -
confirmed and made a part hereof by reference and the partiee are directed
to abide by the terms thereof.
5. That, pursuant to paragraph 8 of the said Plaintiff'e Exhibit I,
the custody, care and control of the minor c.hild oi the partie8, LOUIS ~
LUPIl`'ACCI, age 12, be and the same is hereby awarded to the plaiutiff .
