That she is the widow of Iliff Warren Carey~ also known
as I. W. Carey, who died April 18, 1967, while a resident of Fort ~
Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, and that she is a resident of
1912 Royal Palm Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida`.~
Affiant further states that on February 4, 1963, she
and her late husband, I. W. Carey, purchased the following real j
property, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida: ~
- Lot 23, Block 2, ORANGE BLOSSOM ESTATES, FIRST
ADDITION, as per Plat thereof on File in Plat
Book 11, page 38, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
Affiant further states that said described real property was pur-
chased from Kelly Construction Company by Warranty Deed reoorded
in Official Records Book 56, page 167, and that the Grante~s named ,
