WHEREAS, the undersigned, as owners entered into a contract for
~ale of certain real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to Michael ~

B. Kane, III and Pattie J. Kane, his wife, as buyers on the 3rd day of August, ~
1970, as to certaii~ real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, and by
said contr~ct agreed at the time of closing to execute and del:ver ta buyer, in '
recordable form, an option giving and grantin~ to the buyer the right to pur-
chase the hereinafter described land;
NOW, THEREFORE, we, Sarah P~:t~s, a widow, and Patricia
Sr.
Pitts, Rhudy, joined by her husband, James Rhudy~ in pursi:ance
of said contract of sale, do hereby give and grant unto the said . Michael B.
Kane, III and Pattie J. Kane, his wife, their heirs and assigns, the exclusive
right and privilege of purchasing on or before the day of September, 1972,

That paxt of the following land lying East of Indian River Drive:
The S2 of a parcel described as beginning 4. 85 chains i`Torth
and 10.1 chains East of the Southwest corner of Government
