of an abstract of title, supplementary to the abstract furr,ished buyers in connec-
iion witri the title transfer which comprehends the identical chain of title down to
and including the 24th day of August, 19 ~ 0, which supplementary abstract shall
certify the title to the property under option to the approximate date of the notice
of exerci5e of the option~ also, sketch of survey of premises.
2. Except as herein modified and in so far as the terms and conditior,s
of tne contract for sale dated Augu~t 3, 1970, may be made applicable to a sale
and purchase of unimpruved land, the terrns and conditions of said contract for
sale dated August 3, 1970 shall govern the transfer of title to the real property ;
which is the subject of this option agreement. ~

It is understood and agreed that time shall be of the essence hereof
and that this agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal representatives and
ussigns of the respective parties.
