(c) To draw water from the easement property by pumping or by gravity. Grantors further agree that the term of the ease- ment granted herein shall be perpetual and shall be binding upon the executors, administrators, successors, heirs and assigns of the Grantors, and shall be non-exclusive, and Grantors reserve the right to use the easement prop- erty herein described themselves for the same uses and purposes hereinabove set forth, and to convey such right to others. That thereafter, Minute Maid Corporation, a Florida corpora ,1 tion, did merge with and become The Coca-Cola Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, and thereafter ~he Coca-Cola Company did convey the property described in the foregoing deed, together with ali of the Grantee's rights in and to the foregoing ease- ment, to Minute Maid Groves Corporation, a Florida corporation, which subsequently thereto reconveyed said property and its rights in and to the foregoing easement ta The Coca-Cola Company which is now the owner of all ~ • f ~ of the property and easement described in Paragraph 1 above. ~ ~ 3. That under date of August 1, 1960, Fred R. Tuerk and Adrian ~ K. Tuerk, his wife, did make, execute and deliver their warranty deed to ' Loma Linda, which said deed is recorded in Official Record Book 108, page 160, conveying certain property therein described and in addition thereto, conveying an easement in exactly the same words as the easement set forth in Paragraph 1 hereof. ~ ~ 4. Cushman S. Radebaugh & Sons, Inc. , is the owner of the prop ~ _ ert descrit~ed a~ Sections I, 2, 3, and 4 in Township 34 South, Range 37 ~ y ~ ~ East, in St. Lucie County, Flortda, and did grant an easement on and over the North 250 feet of that property to Minute Maid and I.oma Linda for the same purposes and uses and ~on the same terms and conditions as herein- after set forth by Grant of Easement recorded in the office of tl~e Clerk of the _2_ ~ Smith, Hea1h, Smith d~ O'Heire, Altorncys At law, P.
