The South 250 feet of Sections 33, - 34, 35 and 36,
Township 33 South, Range 37 East, ~

Provided, always that this Grant of Easement is made
subject to the following express conditions:
1. Grantees hereunder shall not have the right
to convey the rights herein granted, or any subordi-
nate or other rights whatsoever for the use of the
easement property above described, to any others
except their successors in ownership to their respec- }
tive properties in St. Lucie and Indian River Counties, ~
Florida, including, but not Iimited to, hunting rights, {
fishing rights or rights of ingress or egress. ~

2. In the event that it shall become necessary ~
_ to pump water from the easement properties described '
i ~ in this easement, as well as the one hereinabove ~
~ referred to, in order to drain same, then, and in that
' event, each party having a right to use said easement
properties shall in no event discharge water onto same
~ in excess of the quantity each shall remove therefrom
~ by pumping.

= 3. All restrictions her~in contained shall be
~ deemed and construed as restrictions running with the
land and binding upon Grantees, their successors and
. assigns.
