HomeMy WebLinkAbout0161 pag~ ~$6, and in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit C:ourt of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Official Rccord 13ook 171, pagc 2463, those parties have fixed bet~veen themselves, determined and established and agreed that the line between their respective sections is as follows: Beginning at tlie South~vest corner of Township 33 South, ~ Range 37 East, in Indian River County, Florida, said corner being that as shown on the South right-of-way line of the Florida Turnpike Authority right-of-way map filed in the suit styled "Florida Statc Turnpike Authority vs. Charles T. Scott, et al. , No. 5~187, " in the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida, and which said corner is there shown on the right-of-way map there filed as the common corner for Section 6 of Township 34 South, Range 37 East, in St. Lucie County, and Section 31 of Township 33 South, Range 37 East, in Indian River County, and Section 1 of Township 34 South, Range 36 East, in Okeechobee County, and Section 36 of Township 33 South, Range 36 East, in Indian River County, which said corner is shown on said right-of-way map as located on the South right-of-way line of said Turnpike at Station 1110+99. 45, and which ~~d right-of-way map was prepared by W. K. Daugherty and Associates for the ~ Florida Turnpike Authority, run North 89°33'10.1" East a distance of S, 480. 97 feet to the Southeast corner of Section 31, the same being the Southwest corner of ~ Section 32; thence continue North 89°33'10. 1" East a distance of S, 480. 97 feet to the Southeast corner of Section 32, the same being the Southwest corner of Section 33; thence continuing North 89°33'10.1" East a • i distance of 5, 480. 97 feet to the Southeast corner of ; Section 33. ; ~ All bearings for describing the above line are based upon bearings utilized in the aforerr~entioned Turnpike Authority right-of-way map. References to the dis- tances constituting the South line of Sections 31, 32 ~ and 33 are not in~ended to be and should not be construed as establishing the East-West distance of the North line ; of either sections herewith conveyed. ~ That the parties to this agreement, together with the said L. W. Scott and Mary F.
