corner being that as shown on the South right-of-way
line of the Florida Turnpike Authority right-of-way map
filed in the suit styled "Florida State Turnpike Authority
vs. Chlrles T. Scott, et al. , No. 5987, " in the Circuit
Court of Indian River County, Florida, and which said
corner is there shown on the right-of-way map there
filed as the common corner for Section 6 of Township
34 South, Range 37 East, in St. Lucie County, and
Section 31 of Township 33 South, Range 37 East, in
Indian River County, and Section 1 of Township 34 Sou:h,
Range 36 East, in Okeechobee County, and Section 36 of
Township 33 South, Range 36 East, in Indian River County,
which said corner is shown on said right-of-way map as
located on the South right-of-way line of said Turnpike at
Station 1110-I-99. 45, and which said right-of-way map was
prepared by W. K. Daugherty and Associates for the
Florida Turnpike Autliority, run North 89°33'10. 1" East
a distance of 5, 480. 97 feet to the Southeast corner of
- Section 31, the same being the Southwest corner of
Section 32; thence, North 1°4'S4" East between Sections .
3~ and 32 a distance of S, 38~. 34 feet to the common
corner of Sections 29, 30, 31 and 32; thence, North
1°4'S4" East a distance of S, 422.10 feet to the corner
common to Sections I9, 20, 29 and 30; thence, South
89°56'S1" West a distance of S, 468. 99 feet to the.North-
west corner of Section 30 and the Southwest corner of
Section 19; thence, South 1°i09'19. S" West a distance of
5, 422. 24 feet to the Southwest corner of Section 30 and
the Northwest corner of Section 31; thence, continue South
1°09`19. S" West a distance of S, 422, 24 feet along the West
boundary of Section 31 to the Point of Beginning, the same ~
being the Southwest corner of Township 33 South, Range 37
