10. The parties hereto do hereby grant and convey unto Radebaug ,
Minute Maid and Loma Linda a non-exctusive easement over, on and across
a strip of land lying adjacenX, south of, parallel to and within 30 feet of the
North ~ine of the four parcets conveyed to Radebaugh in the imrnediately pre-
ceding paragraph, including an Eastware~ projection of that North line to a
point which is on the East line of Section 1, Township 34 South, Range 37 East

that section. This easement is for the purpose of maintaining and recon-
structing the existing dike located on said 30-foot strip and the parties hereto
do herewith grant unto the same parties a further easement on all of the land
lying between the North line of this 30-foot strip and the North line of
Sections 1 and 2 in Township 34 South, Range 37 East, for the purposes of
borrow, canal and floodplain, to have and to hold the same unto said parties

(a) The South 250 feet of Section 36 and the South, "
250 feet of the East 3, 705. 63 feet of Section 35 in Town-
ship 33 South, Range 37 East. This easement is for the
purpose of permitting St. Johns Drainage District to ?
construct and maintain a dike on the North 70 feet and
a berm and travelway on the ~South 30 feet of the North
100 feet and a borrow canal on the South 120 feet of the
North 220 feet wtth all of the remainder a borrow canal
area and floodplain for all of the parties; and
(b) An easement to all of the parties named in this
paragraph over, on and across a strip of land 250 feet
wide lying North of, adjacent and parallel to the four
