Drainage District to construct ~?nd maintain a dike on the
North 70 fect witli a bcrm and travelway on thc South
30 feet of the North 100 feet witll a borrow canal in tlie
South 120 feet of tlie North 220 feet and with a 30 foot
berm and tr~velwAy on thc South 30 feet with all of the
area between the Drainage District dike and the dike on
thc 30 foot strip to the South of this strip for use by all
of the parties as a canal and floodplain. Radebaugh,
Minute Maid and Loma Linda are further granted the
right to close the West end of the easement described
in this subparagraph and the East end of the easement
described in subparagraph (a) above thereby creating a
water storage area with the right to pump water from
the water storage area for irrigation purposes. The
Drainage District will neither di~,scharge water into nor
take water from this water storage area without the

(c) An easement on a strip of land 250 fe~t wide North
of and adjacent and par~llel to a line described as follows:
From the Southwest corner of Section 33, Township 33
South, Range 37 East, run North 0°~6'S0" West a distance
of 270. 52 feet to the point of beginning of this line; thence
run South 89°33`10. 1" ~Vest to the point of intersection of
the North right-of-way line of the Florida TurrrK~ke
Authority as shown on the right-of-way map filed in the
suit styled "Florida State Turnpike Authority vs. Charles
T. Scott, et al. , No. 5987" in the Circuit Ca~urt of Indian
River County, Florida; thence continue westward follow-
ing said North right-of-way line of said Turnpike to a
point of ending of the described line, which point of ending
is located as follows:
