described in this suUparagraph (c) is for the benefit of the
1?rainage District, Radebaugl~, Minute Maid ancl I_.oma -
Linda, for the dischar~ing, dra~ving, flo~ving or retaining
'of drainage and irrigation waters and for construction,
using, opcrating and maint~ining a canal for thc convey-
- ance of drainage 1nc1 irrigation waters or for retaining
the same on the southcrmnost 150 feet of this eascment,
and an easemei~t for the benefit of the Drainage District
on the northernmost 15U feet on this easement for thc pur-
pose of constructing a borro~v canal, berm, dike or travel-
way for the benefit of the Drainage District.
