The easements described in this subparagraph (d) are for the benefit of the Drainage District, Radebaugh, Minute Maid and Loma Lind , for the distributing, drawing, flowing or retaining of drainage and irrigation waters and for constructing, using, operating and main taining a canal for the conveyance of drainage and irrigation : ~ waters and an easement for the benefit of the Drainage District fo ~ ~ the purpose of excavating. to provide material for constructing a ' ~ ~ ; dike and travelway on lands to the East and North of the easement { described in this subparagraph (d), to have and to hold the same ~ ' unto said parties forever. With reference to the easements described in subparagraphs (a), (b) and (c) of Paragraph 11, the parties hereto do herewith grant and convey the fee simple title to all of the lands upon which the easement is granted to the Drainage District. 13.
