tance of 2, 711. 12 feet to the quarter corner of
Section 6, which is the centerline of State Road
60, which is the point of ending of this line;
except, however, the Nortli 100 feet of this
line which is the right-of-way of State Road 60;
r All of the lands described in this easement in subparagraph
(d) are located in Sections 6, 7, 18, 19, 20, 29 and 32 of Townshi
33 South, Range 37 East, in Indian River County, Florida. The
easements described in this subparagraph (d) are for the benefit
of the Drainage District, Radebaugh, Minute Maid and Loma Lind ,
for the distributing, drawing, flowing or retaining of drainage and
irrigation waters and for constructing, using, operating and main
taining a canal for the conveyance of drainage and irrigation :
~ waters and an easement for the benefit of the Drainage District fo ~
~ the purpose of excavating. to provide material for constructing a '

; dike and travelway on lands to the East and North of the easement
{ described in this subparagraph (d), to have and to hold the same
~ ' unto said parties forever.

~ 12. With reference to the easements described in subparagraphs
(a), (b) and (c) of Paragraph 11, the parties hereto do herewith grant and
convey the fee simple title to all of the lands upon which the easement is
granted to the Drainage District.
13. With respect to each of the easements described in sub-
~ paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) in Paragraph 11, the parties hereto do agree tl~at

~ no dike shall be constructed above an elevation of 32 feet above mean sea

~ level, and no obstruction shall be placed in any canal within the area of those -

described casements above 30 feet above mean sea level, and that no water #

will be discharged into any canal within the areas of those described ease- ~
