at any time before the release and cancellation of this mortgege, but at no time shall this mortgage secure
advances on account of said original note together with such additional advances in a sum in excess of

said note and supplemental agreement for the full terms and conditions thereof, and the samg are hereby
incorporated herein as fully as if written out verbatim herein, and ~ecorded pursuant to 695.02, Florida
Statutes, in Official Record Book ~ 38 , pages ~ J.S' ~ 18 of the public records of _St Luc i e_Countnorida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the plura) and the masculine shall i~clude the feminine and
neuter. All rights and obligations under this mortg~ge shall extend to and be binding upon the respective
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
