DECLARATION OF TRUST
• Come the undersigned parties and make this their declaration
of trus.t acting for and on behalf of the First Church oP God of Fort Pierce,
.
Florid~s, for the purposes hereinafter set out and vith them executing this
agreement are the various spousee as appears necessary to properly execute
and declare this instrument of trust:
WHEREAS Lots 6 and 7 of CLYATT'S SUBDIVISION as per plet there-
of on file in Plat Book at page 61, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, is presently held by MARVIN STAI~ILFY CAiTDILL, RICHARD B. SHEETS,
LOIS JOHNSOH, as trustees of the First Church of God and
WHEREAS MARVIN STANLEY CAUDILL'S wife, ADA F. CAUDILL, is the
Treasurer o~ the said church and executes itith Reverend Caudill, this instru-
ment oP trust and
W'HEREAS RICHARD B. SHEETS is a trustee and is ~oined hereinafter
by his ~rife, JEAN SHEETS, vho is also 3oining titith her husband executing this
declaration of trust and ~
I~REAS LOIS JOHNSON is the same person as LOIS JONES JOHASON vho
has been declared and decreed a free dealer, and
! WHEREAS all oP the aUove said trustees do hereby declare them-

~ selves trustees for and on behalf of the said First Church of God, to handle

the properties by them held under the title and ownership in their individual
names in the pu6lic records of St. Lucie County, Florida, no~r therefore

SE IT I~REBY DECLARED, RESOLVED, AGREED, CONSBNTED and ACQUIffiCED
that the said trustees do hereinaPter sign this declaration of trust aud their
said spouses do hereinaf~ter ~oin quit-claiming aqy and all right of courtsy ead/
or do~ter as. to th+e said property and
Trustees Purther provide as follovs: that in the event either

~ and/or all oP the said trustees sha11 rrithdrav their membership in said church

and/or shall be incapacitated and/or shall for a period of one year or more re- .
side outside of the limits of the church and/or shall disassociate himselY or
herself from said church and its membership, tnat by an action of tbe chur~h ~rith
a notice at one regular meeting after vhich an election may be held, the said
trustee m~y be replaced by the said action of the said First Church of God and
