CONSTRUCTION EASENIENT .
THIS EASEMENT made this day of ~6 , 19~0
by and between SUNSWEET GROVES, INC.
as the first part~_, and the COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE, P. O. Box "/UU,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, as the second party.

W I T N E S S E T H: .

~ That the first part~_, for and in consideration of the sum
of One Dollar and other valuable considerations paid by the second
party, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, rereby grants
unto the second party an easement, license and privilege to enter
upon, and to clear, excavate and remove soil, clay and other
material for construction of a canal upor• the
fQllowing des~xib~d land in the County of St. Lucie and State of
Florida, to-wit: ~
From the Southeast Corner of Section 19, Township 36, Range
38, run West along the South line of said Section 19, thii`ty(30) feet to a ~
_ point, thence run North parallel to and 30 feet West of the East line of
said Section 19, one thousand feet to a point, thence with a forward angle
from North to East of 0° 28' 05" run in a Northeasterly dir~ction 1200.04
feet, more or less, to the intersection of said line with the East line of
said Section 19~ thence run South along the ~ast line of said Section Nine-
teen(19), 2, 200 feet, more or less, to puint of beginning. ~ All lying and
being in Section 19, Township 3b, Range 38.
