RECIPROCAL EASEN,ENT AGEEEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of
September. A.D. 1970, by and between HAZEL F. SMALLWOOD, a single adult.
and EMIL FRANCISCO and GERALDINE S. FBANCISCO. his ~vife. hereinafter
called f~rst parties, and JAMES J. HOCKFOaD and YONG SUK ROCKF08D, his

WHEREAS, first parties and second parties have eritered into
a sale of certain real property~ locate~d ~n St. Lucie County, Florida.
