THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this~_"aay

of September, A. D. 1970, by and between the City of Fort Pierce,
a Florida Municipal Corporation, hereinafter termed the Lessor,
and INDI.AN HILLS COLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, a non~profit
Florida Corporation, hereinafter termed the Lessee; WITNESSETH,
that the said Lessor does by these presents lease and let unto the
said Lessee, and its successors, all of the following described
property, lying, being and situate in the City of Fort Pierce, St.
Lucie County, F lorida, to-wit: ,
That part of Government Lot I, Section 15,

part of Pinewood Subdivision, described as:
