F On or before September 21, 1971, next after date, we, jointly and
~ severally, as principal, promise to pay to the order of CARRIE B. :
~ SHOEMAI~R, Fourteen Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($14,000.00) at
~ 1338 West Sixth Avenue, Apartment D, Columbus, Ohio, 43212. For -
~ value received, with interest after date at the rate of 7~ percent
per annum until paid, interest payable monthly. Now should it ~
~ become necessary to collect this note through an attorney, either ~
~ of us, whether maker, security or endorser on this note hereby ?
agrees to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable ~
attorney's fee. The drawers and endorsers shall have and retain ~
the privilege of prepayment of all or any part of the balance due, ~
at any time, without penalty. The drawers and endorsers severally 1 ~
waive presentment, protest and notice of protest for non-payment
of this note, and all defense on the ground of any extension of '
