For value received, the undersigned corporation promise to pay
without "defalcation, to the order of HENRY S. 3~i0RGAN at his office
in Fort Pierce, Florida, tne sum of $2,400.00 with interest from

$800.~00 plus accrued interest on the 18th day of September, 1971,
