LUCIE COUNTY BANK, as Y'rustee, under a Trust Agreement dated September 25, 1968 and known as Trust yo. 1, hereinafter called the "Lessor", and COLON- NADES CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION 1v0. 1, INC., a corporation not for profit under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the "Lessee", ~ W I T N~ S S~ T H: l. The term of this Lease shall commence as of the date upon which t~ie Declaration of Condominium of COLONNADES CONDOMINIUMS :~0. 1, INC, hereinafter referred to as the "Comdominium", shall be recorded amongst the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and shall continue thereafter for a period of ninety-nine (99) years. 3. Use of Premises. The Lessee is the association formed pursuant to t e app ic e provisions of the Florida Statutes for the purpose of managinq the affairs of the Condominium. '~l'h~ Lessee has entered into this Lease to make available the demised premises for the recreation, leisure time activity, health, use, benefit ,~and enjoyment of the apartment unit owners and/or the apartment _ unit occupants of the Condominium as they may from time to time exist during the terms of this Lease.
