Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CJRPORATION, its successors or assigns, shall notily ; the undersigned in writing at the address indicated below (or at such other address as may be desig- n:~ied by 1he undersigned f*om time to time) that the said premises rue not in a reasonable state of appear~ce and repair consistent with the general appearance cmd state ot re}x~ir of other propert?es wittiin ih~ immediate vicinity, ihe undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repairs, maintenance. etc., set forth in said notice within 15 days after receipt ot same. 2. lf the undersigned shall tail or reiiise to accomplish the required repairs or mair?tenance, etc., within the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELC~PMENT CORPORA'fION, iis successors or assigns, acting by ~d through its duly authorized agents may come upon the premises for the purpose ot doirn; ihe necessary work.
