1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CJRPORATION, its successors or assigns, shall notily ;
the undersigned in writing at the address indicated below (or at such other address as may be desig-
n:~ied by 1he undersigned f*om time to time) that the said premises rue not in a reasonable state of
appear~ce and repair consistent with the general appearance cmd state ot re}x~ir of other propert?es
