WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this day of September, 1970,

between HAROLD D. VAN VORST-and MARION VAN VORST, his wi~e,
and CHARLES A. HAFNER and KATHERINE HAFNER, his wife,
Grantor*, and FRANCIS M. WHITE and PATRICIA K. WHITE, his wife,
Grantee*, whose post office address is 6 Sea Gull Lane, Vero Beach, of
the County of Indian River, State of Florida.
WITNESSETH, that said Grantor, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten and no/100 ($10. 00) Dollars, and other good and valuable
considerations to said Grantor :n hand paid by said Grantee, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the

By acceptance of this Deed, the buyers assume and agree to
pay that certain Mortgage recorded in O. R. Be 171, pages
1330, 1331, and 1332, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, wherein C. C. Tyson is the mortgagee, in the
