WARRANTY DEID
THIS WARRAN'PY DEED, made the a2 ~ day of September, 1970,
by T. R. PRITCHARD and GRACE PRITCHARD, his wife, hereinaft~r called
the Grantor, to LESLIE A. RAYEN, JR. and BEVERLY A. RAYEN, his wife,
whose post office address is; Route 1, Box 392, Fort Pierce, Florida
Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and
"grantee" include all the parties to this instru-
ment and the heirs, legal representatives and as-
signs of individuals, and the successors and as-
signs of corporations.)
WITNESSETH: ~hat the Grantor, for and in consideratian of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, re-
mises, releases, conveys and cot~firms unto the Grantee, all that
certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
That part of the N~ of the NE~ of the NE~ of the NW~
of Section 17, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, lying
East of U. S. Highway #1, less the North 50 feet thereof,
described as follows:
From a point on the East line of said NE'~ of NW'~ of said
Section 17, which is 50 feet South of the NE corner
thereof, run thence W~st, parallel with the North line
of said section, a distance of 314.6 feet to the point
of beginning; thence continue West, parallel with said
North line a distance of 188 feet to the point of inter-
section with the East right of way line of U. S. Highway !

~ line a distance of 311.75 feet to the point of intersec- '
~ tion with the South line of said N~ of NE~ of NE~ of NW'~
~ of said Section 17; thence run East, along the South line

~ of beginning.

T to O. S. GASKELL and AUDREY GASKELL, his wife, dated
